In IDC we assume the commitment to record the asphalting of the modern town Boca de Cachón in record time, where the families affected by the overflow of Lake Enriquillo were housed. Boca Cachón is one of the most important social works in recent years.
We were in charge of the construction of the tracks, 15.89 kilometers of properly paved roads, two inches thick, the stabilization of the base of the tracks and the horizontal signage. This work exceeds the standards required for a rural population.
The construction of the Padre las Casas / Bohechío road is a work that impacts the socioeconomic development of the province.
In this community IDC agreed to build a road with a length of 10 kms, 2 lanes of 3.50 meters, in addition to a walk of 1 mt. with concrete ditches, containers and sidewalks (depending on the section), on each side, for a total width of 9 meters. This important work has two Badén type bridges, one on the Rio En Medio, with a length of 150 meters. and a width of 7.30 meters, and another on the Las Cuevas River, with a length of 180 meters and a width of 7 meters. bridges that serve to unite communities, bringing progress for all residents.

Reconstruction and extension of the Barahona – Enriquillo road, among the works carried out as part of this project, it is worth highlighting the stabilization of soil with cement, semi-rigid pavement system with cement and the increase of the section of the road. As part of the construction of works we include the stabilization of slopes, gutters, sidewalks, containers and gabion wall. In addition, the primer and paving, because we are aware of the importance that works of this nature have for the community, the IDC team was completely delivered so that the reconstruction and expansion of the Barahona Enriquillo road was a real achievement.
